Who is your Courier Partner?

The Courier Guy is our preferred Courier Partner. 

What are your courier charges?
  • Courier costs are calculated according to weight of the package and the Delivery Address.
  • Area dependent – out-of-town and  outlying areas may incur higher delivery charges.
  • Note: Courier charges will be included in the Invoice forwarded to the client.
How long does it take to process an order?
  • Once payment has been received goods take approximately ±3 working days to be processed – depending on the volume of orders. 
  • They are then handed over to the Courier for Delivery to you.
Do you accept Returns?
  • Unfortunately, we do not accept returns due to the nature of our business.
  • Fabric is cut specifically, to meet Customer order measurements.
  • We do not issue refunds.

Orders

PLACE ORDER

  • Confirm items in the cart, Fill in all your necessary details and Submit order.
  • Enter your Address, with the Suburb, for the Courier services calculation.
  • Note: Ensure the Correct address is entered to ensure safe delivery of your order.
Final Invoice

Your Invoice

  • On receipt of your Order, we will verify stock levels and pick your order.
  • Delivery Costs are calculated after your order has been finalised.
  • A finalised invoice will then be sent, along with payment instructions via a payment link through Pay Fast.
Payment

How to Pay?

  • Online Order Payments will be made via an encrypted secure payment link through Pay Fast.
  • Payments through PayFast can be made via Visa Card and MasterCard or “EFT” (Electronic Bank Transfers).
  • For custom orders, electronic bank transfers can be made into the Quilt Worx bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.
Delivery

Receiving Your Parcel.

  • Orders will be processed after receipt of payment and dispatched within 3 working days.
  • Orders will then be couriered to you via our preferred Couriers, "The Courier Guy".
  • A Tracking Number will be sent via email.
