Trace the quilting design onto the dull side of the paper, cut it out, and iron the shiny side onto the back of the fabric. Cut out the fabric around the design, allowing 1/4″ seam allowance. Fold the fabric seam allowance under the paper and stitch the applique onto the background fabric. 50cm x 1m.
